Aaron is a seasoned law enforcement professional with 29 years of experience and currently serves as a Police Officer with the Livermore Police Department. His career includes prior service with the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Police Department and the Newark Police Department.

A licensed Part 107 UAV pilot, Aaron is a founding member of Livermore PD’s UAV Team, where he plays a key role as a Patrol UAV pilot, team trainer, and manager of the department’s FAA Certificates of Authorization (COAs).

Throughout his career, Aaron has held diverse assignments, including Patrol, POST-certified Field Training Officer, Crime Scene Unit, and POST-certified Background Investigator. He is also a certified First Aid, CPR, and AED instructor and has served as a team coordinator.

Aaron joined the RTC team after completing the Advanced Operators Course, Nighttime Operators Course, and Avata Tactical Operators Course. Now an instructor for RTC’s UAV courses, he is also a member of the RTC Axon Air Powered by DroneSense onboarding team, helping agencies nationwide integrate and utilize this technology effectively.
